Indulge in chef-prepared, Coachella Valley-sourced delights, as each menu promises a unique and memorable journey for you and your special someone.

Adobe Grill

Table Top at Adobe Grill

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with your loved one at Adobe Grill, where authentic Mexican cuisine and charm seep from the colorful walls.

Inside, the traditional Oaxacan decor and the inviting glow of the fireplace against the warm wood furniture make this the perfect place to get cozy. In the evening, string lights set The Plaza aglow, and hand-painted tiles and water features remind you of Old World Mexico. No matter where you sit, skilled bartenders will elevate your experience by crafting a personalized margarita tailored just for you from our extensive collection of over 100 tequilas.

The Valentine’s menu at Adobe Grill is served prix fixe but can also be enjoyed à la carte:

The journey begins with a choice of Empanadas de Camarón, a savory dish with shrimp, Cotija cheese, and avocado salsa, or the Ensalada de Sandía, a masterful blend of watermelon, tequila, frisée, and pecans, kissed by a Guajillo gastrique.

For your main plate, choose the Mar y Tierra, where tender beef meets succulent shrimp, veggies, and Poblano Béarnaise, or the Pescado Zarandeado with blackened snapper, rajas con crema, avocado, and salsa cruda. The final chapter unfolds with a classic Mexican dessert, En Las Nubes, made of sugar clouds and cheesecake and topped with luscious berries.
Feel the love (and tequila) at Adobe Grill and make your Valentine’s Day extraordinary.

Morgan’s in the Desert

Couple dining at Morgan's

Indulge in an intimate Valentine’s dinner at Morgans in the Desert. The hacienda-inspired decor and romantic courtyard served as the original dining room for the resort when it opened in 1926. The Valentine’s Day menu has a selection of contemporary American dishes inspired by the Coachella Valley and prepared with the finest local ingredients.

Begin your flavor tour with the Persimmon Salad, a harmonious blend of mache, pecorino cheese, and candied Macadamia nuts, or the Beef Carpaccio, flavored with arugula, Chioggia beets, and parmesan crisps.

For the main entree, choose between the Filet, an opulent dish featuring Potato Truffle Gratin, the Hokkaido Scallops, adorned with ginger lemongrass cream, or the Crispy Lion Mane Steak, immersed in a leek purée and saffron tomato broth. Conclude the evening with the Tiramisu Bombe, a sacred blend of hazelnut-infused mascarpone cheese and chocolate espresso cent.

Let Morgans in the Desert be the backdrop to your love story this Valentine’s Day.

Twenty6

Twenty6-Restaurant

If you prefer a relaxed Valentine’s dinner with intense flavor, consider Twenty6, a modern American bistro that imaginatively spins classic comfort food.

Start your first course with the savory Potato & Leek Cream, garnished with Crème Fraîche and roasted pepitas, or indulge in the Strawberry Passion Fruit Salad, a medley of greens drizzled in a zesty Raspberry Vinaigrette that sets the mood for romance and empty plates.

For your second course, choose between the exquisite California Seabass paired with forbidden rice, Coachella Valley artichokes, and an irresistible Barigoule sauce.
Alternatively, let love surf and turf with the Beef Filet & Seared Prawn, artfully plated on a canvas of Potato Au Gratin and topped with a tarragon béarnaise.
Finally, fall in love with Raspberry and Strawberry Blossom, a heavenly creation of almond cake, raspberry custard, light strawberry mousse, pink rose jelly, and a wild rose glaze that looks as good as it tastes.

No matter how you choose to spend your Valentine’s Day, it’s sure to be memorable and full of love and great food.
