With such famed designers as Pete Dye, Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, Greg Norman and Tom Weiskopf, it is not a surprise that the PGA Tour has selected the Greg Norman course for the pre-qualifying stages and the Stadium and the Jack Nicklaus Tournament courses at PGA WEST® as the final stage of Qualifying School for the tour. Every other year, we get to see some of the best and most promising professionals in the game “give it their all” to fulfill their dreams of becoming a PGA Tour player. Anyone who follows televised golf will also recognize our courses from past events such as the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic, Diners Club Matches, PGA Grand Slam and The PGA Skins Game™. Now it’s time for you to take your shot on these championship courses!

Jim McLean Golf School
Since 1997 the Jim McLean Golf Schools have been developing the golf swing skills and game improvements of PGA, LPGA and Mini Tour players as well as every level of amateur at both the La Quinta Resort & Club and PGA WEST.
All instructors are full-time teaching professionals, and many are experienced former PGA Tour professionals among the “Top 100” teachers in America.
The Jim McLean Golf School also offers a Junior Golf Program for kids ages 7-17 years Tuesday and Thursday afternoons and Sunday mornings.
