Check In/Check Out
Check in time is 4 p.m., and checkout is noon. After 12 p.m., a late checkout charge will be added to your room account. If you arrive early, or wish to remain at the resort past checkout, the bellman will be happy to store your luggage.

Our well-informed concierge staff can assist you with a variety of guest services, from restaurant reservations and pool cabana rentals, to information on resort facilities and area attractions. The concierge can be reached at extension 7258.

Dry Cleaning/ Laundry
Same day service is offered Monday through Saturday with the exception of major holidays. Please call for pickup before 8:30 am to insure dry cleaning and laundry will be returned after 6 p.m. the same day. Laundry bags and forms are located in the guest room closets. To ensure prompt delivery to your room, please be sure to include your room number and name on the form.

Instructions for your fireplace are on the hearth. Check to see that the damper is open before you light the fire. If your fireplace is equipped with gas logs, please turn the gas off before leaving your room or going to sleep at night. For additional information or assistance, please call housekeeping.

All guest rooms receive daily housekeeping service. To signal housekeeping that you do not wish to be disturbed, engage the privacy lock on your door, and hang your “privacy please” sign on your exterior door. Housekeeping can be contacted 24 hours a day for any additional needs.

Ice is available in most of our rooms’ mini refrigerators. For Spa Villa rooms 1600 – 1974, there are ice machines located nearby your room. Please consult a property map for locations. Additionally, ice is available via room service.

Valet or self-parking is available in the resort parking lot, or you may choose to park near your room.
During your stay, the front desk will provide you with a guest-parking pass. Please display this parking pass
on your vehicle’s dashboard.
