This exclusive series offers a unique opportunity for wine enthusiasts and foodies to experience the best wines from around the world, perfectly paired with delectable dishes created by our culinary team. The wine series features monthly dinners highlighting the best wines of a region or winery, making it an unforgettable gastronomical journey.
Morgan’s in the desert is known for its exquisite cuisine, complemented by an extensive wine list. The wine series adds a new dimension to the already impressive selection. Each wine dinner features four courses and is priced at $150 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. The expertly paired dishes enhance the flavors of the wine, creating a truly exceptional dining experience.
The series starts with the ‘Tour of Italy’ on December 13, where guests can taste the best of Italian wines paired with Morgan’s contemporary California cuisine with an Italian inspiration, just in time for the holiday season.
January’s wine dinner will be in partnership with Caymus on January 17, 2024. Caymus Vineyards is famous for its Cabernet Sauvignon, and guests can expect an evening of bold flavors and rich aromas that complement the California-inspired cuisine.
In February, the featured wine partner is Robert Foley Vineyards, famous for its red wine blends from the Napa Valley. The ‘Robert Foley Wine Dinner’ on February 7, is an anniversary wine dinner, where guests can celebrate Valentine’s Day while enjoying world-class cuisine and wine.
March features Grgich Hills Estate, famous for its Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, in the ‘Grgich Hills Estate Wine Dinner’ on March 6th. Guests can sample the wines paired with contemporary California cuisine, featuring fresh and locally sourced ingredients.
In April, the featured wine partner is Rodney Strong Vineyards, showcasing the best of Sonoma wines, in the ‘Rodney Strong Wine Dinner’ on April 10th. The evening features a range of wines from the Rodney Strong portfolio, perfectly matched with innovative and flavorful dishes by the culinary team.
The series ends with a ‘Taste of France Wine Dinner,’ on May 15th. The evening features French-inspired cuisine and an exclusive selection of wines showcasing the best of French winemaking.
