The all-new modern American Bistro-style restaurant will serve breakfast,
lunch and dinner year-round and will feature a new bar/lounge area,
a redesigned dining area, a semi-private dining area and a new outdoor
patio featuring a fire pit and shaded overhang.
The breakfast menu will offer hearty and healthy breakfast options, including a daily
morning buffet. Lunch will include hand-carved sandwiches and a selection of fresh
entrée salads. Dinner is noted by the resort’s famous Cowboy steak – along with
innovative new items and signature desserts. The new restaurant will also feature
a weekly champagne Sunday brunch and Wednesday lobster night.
Signature dishes will include: Cowboy Steak, a Bone-In USDA Prime, Naturally-Aged
18 Ounce Rib Chop with House Made Worcestershire Sauce; Tuscan Chicken Breast Sauteed
over Pappardelle Pasta tossed with Kalamata Olives, Fresh Spinach, and Garlic
Chardonnay Sauce; and Citrus Grilled Pacific Escolar, Baby Vegetables and Steamed
Jasmine Rice with Fresh Citrus.
