Fitness

The Fitness Center awaits those interested in a total workout. Here you will find a Fully Equipped Gym, Personal Training, Exercise Classes and Bike Rentals. Open from 6am-8pm daily. Youth must be at least 16 years old to access the fitness center.

Fitness Center Rules

    Class Descriptions:
    Tennis Drills
    Learn stroke techniques and basic game strategy. Space is limited and reservations are required.

    Hatha Yoga

    Pilates
    Come out feeling taller with this sequential set of movements set up to help with balance, flexibility and back wellness.

    Sports Stretch
    Is your golf swing a little off due to lack of flexibility? Maybe your tennis game would improve if you could just figure out a way to become more efficient on the court? Sports Stretch classes apply specific moves to benefit overall flexibility and playing efficiency.

    20/20/20
    Twenty minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of weight training and 20 minutes of abs and stretch. Great for building tone; get a little bit of everything in this heart-racing, fun workout.

    Strength Hour
    Using weights to tone your upper and lower body, this high impact class will give you the workout of a circuit training session within the structure of a class format. Standing and mat exercises will build lean muscle to help shape and support the body, while abdominal work and stretch are added for the benefit of core strength and muscle release.

    H20
    Jump in and splash your way to a healthy body. Water creates a natural resistance that helps improve cardiovascular and muscle fitness, while its low impact makes it easy to get a great workout without the strain and soreness of being on land.

    Contemporary Pilates
    Take all the moves you love from a mat Pilates class and add bands and a ball to create more of a challenge while improving posture and balance.

    Cardio Shape
    This light, low-impact weight and cardiovascular class is great for days when you feel like taking it a little lighter on your body.

    ZUMBA
    This fun workout combines Latin and International nusic to create an exciting, dynamic and effective dance fitness program. The dance routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms, including Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, etc. that tone and sculpt the body and maximize caloric output. Known as the “feel-happy” workout, Zumba is great for both the body and the mind. No experience is necessary, and all ages are welcome! Come dance your worries away! It’s effective, fun, and easy!

    ZUMBA Gold
    Geared towards the active adult population or the true beginner participant, these exciting aerobic dance routines focus on the slower and less challenging rhythms, such as Cumbia or Bachata. It’s the same “feel-happy” workout at a much slower pace.

    Mind and Movement Yoga
    This user-friendly yoga takes you through gentle stretches, starting slow and building up to more challenging poses that strengthen and align the body. The basic softer side of a Hatha yoga practice.
